Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Velnix Inc. ("Velnix", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Habit Coach (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and password, handled through our authentication provider, Supabase.

Profile and preferences. Onboarding answers, working hours, goals, and other preferences you provide to personalize your plan.

Habit, task, and plan data. The habits, tasks, and daily plans you create or that the Service generates for you.

Coach conversations. Messages you send to the AI coach and the responses it generates.

Uploaded content. Any photos or files you choose to upload, such as a profile picture.

Purchase information. Your subscription status and history, processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Usage and device data. Basic diagnostic and log data (such as device type and app version) used to keep the Service running and to debug problems.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including generating your daily plan and coaching responses;
• To personalize your experience based on your preferences and history;
• To process and manage your subscription;
• To send you reminders, digests, and service-related communications;
• To maintain, debug, and improve the Service;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

To generate your daily plan and coaching responses, relevant habit, task, schedule, and conversation data is sent to Google's Gemini AI models for processing. We share only what is needed to generate your plan or response, and we do not use your data to train our own models beyond operating this feature.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), Google (AI plan generation), and RevenueCat together with Apple and Google (subscription billing);
• Legal and safety reasons, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Velnix, our users, or others;
• A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You can access, correct, or delete most of your information directly in the app. You can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your profile, habits, plans, and coach history. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to request a copy of your data or object to certain processing. 7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where this happens, we rely on our service providers' own safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
